Domestic Orders (USA)

    •    Items located in the USA are shipped via a major insured courier (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL) with tracking and signature required.

    •    Estimated delivery is typically 1–2 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier delays.

    •    BirkinSource is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

International Orders

    •    The buyer is responsible for ensuring that luxury goods can be legally imported into the destination country.

    •    The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These fees are not included in our prices and are non-refundable.

    •    Refusal to pay import duties or accept delivery may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs. In such cases, shipping costs, duties, and related fees are non-refundable.
